Refund policy
We care deeply about your satisfaction and the quality of every product we send out. Because our herbal teas are classified as food products, we follow strict hygiene and safety regulations under EU law.
Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns on sealed, unopened tea products that are:

In their original, unopened packaging

Unused and undamaged

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Returned within the legal 14-day period after delivery
If the seal is broken or the tea has been opened, we unfortunately cannot accept the return due to hygiene regulations.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at voice@merifemme.de with your order number and reason for return.

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first. Unregistered returns will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions.
Damages and Issues
Please check your order immediately upon arrival. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and legal reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Opened or unsealed food products (e.g., opened tea bags or pouches)

Custom-made or personalized tea blends

Sale items or gift cards
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original (if eligible), and place a new order separately.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 daysof receiving it — without giving a reason.
The product must be:

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
